Why is there no audio? / Why does FM Radio have audio but Bluetooth and Carplay don't get audio?

1. Connect “AMP Cont” from RCA to ACC

2. For power amplifier: Connect the power cable of the amplifier to the 12V ACC cable of our product.

3. Open the “amplifier” icon on the page by dragging down the top bar.

4. NOT compatible with premium audio system

Why doesn't the radio turn off and continues to drain my battery?

1. Confirm that the wiring definition corresponds one to one to the original plug.

2. Turn off your car and use a multimeter to check the leakage of the red wire (ACC) of the power cable.

3. Connect the ACC cable to the actual ACC of your car separately.

Why is the Bluetooth or WiFi signal weak? / Why is there no network even though WiFi is connected?

1. There is a separate backup camera input cable, please insert it into the back of the car radio. It will improve the Bluetooth and WiFi signal.

2. Android car stereo only supports 3G Internet; Please confirm that the Internet is 2.4Ghz.

Why doesn't the steering wheel control work?
