How often is it recommended to lubricate this unit?

I'm sure it depends on how much and how often you use it. I have read once a month and I have read more frequently.

The shredder is broken, but the return window is closed. That I have to do?

The bonsaii crusher offers one year service. No matter whether the return window is closed or not, we will provide you with the best solution.

The cross-cut paper shredder is jammed. That I have to do?

Slide the switch to REV and lift the paper; after removing the leftover leaves, shred again. If there is too much paper scrap in the paper feed slot, slide the switch to FWD mode for a few seconds and then to REV mode for a few seconds.

Use tips

Please refer to the user manual and troubleshooting guide before use. To avoid paper jams caused by overloading the machine, please check and clean the cutter in time. Wait until the paper is completely shredded before adding new paper. When the trash can is full, please clean it in time to avoid affecting the reversing function and making the machine unusable. The machine has an overheat protection device. After overheat protection has been activated during previous use, cool down for more than 40 minutes before grinding next time. Shredder oil packs are recommended to regularly sharpen, clean and lubricate shredder blades for optimal performance. *When using the oil pack for cleaning, be careful to empty the shredded paper waste container first. To extend the life of the crusher, it is recommended to periodically clean both the crusher container and the dust inside the machine. Do not spray or hold any aerosol products in or around the disposal. As part of Bonsaii's quality inspections, we test each shredder before shipping it, which means you may see some paper fragments during testing.
