I don't have WiFi. Can this camera still work without WiFi?

Yes, the security camera system can work without network, plug and play for local viewing via monitor/TV. But if you need remote control via smartphone device, you need to connect an Ethernet cable.

Does the nvr come with a hard drive preinstalled? If not, what size should I buy?

Yes, it includes a 1 TB hard drive. The NVR supports 6TB Seagate/WD 3.5″ backup hard drives. Please note that if the hard drive is 3-6TB, you may need to change an adapter for the NVR (12V 3A or 5A), the 12V 2A adapter may be underpowered to handle the larger hard drive.

Is the security camera system plug or battery powered?

Power By Plug, the cameras and NVR are powered by plug, the camera power cable is 1 meter.
