Steps to pair PS console (only support 2.4G wireless or 3.5mm wired mode):

1. Insert the 2.4G USB transmitter into the game console. The Type-C transmitter needs to be assembled for use and cannot be separated.

2. Switch the headset to 2.4G mode.

3. Press and hold the power button, the indicator light will flash red and blue alternately. The headset will automatically connect to the PS4/5 and the adapter will display a solid blue light after connection.

4. In the PS4/5 settings, you can see the headset pairing name as “FORCEONE41”. Increase the volume of the headset to hear the sound and confirm that the connection is normal.

Xbox Pairing Steps (Only supports 3.5mm wired mode):

1. Use the 3.5mm 4-pole audio cable included with the headset and connect it to the Xbox controller.

2. A headphone icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the monitor.

3. In the Xbox settings, turn up the volume and microphone monitoring options to maximum. At this point, you should be able to hear your own voice when speaking or entering a game and hear in-game sounds.

Please note the following:

1. When using 2.4G USB adapter to connect PS5/PS4/PC/Laptop, the Type-C transmitter cannot be separated and must be used as a whole.

2. For Xbox Series, our gaming headset only supports 3.5mm wired mode.

3. Bluetooth function is not supported on PS5 and PS4. Please switch the headset to 2.4G mode and insert the 2.4G USB transmitter into the game console.

4. Do not insert the TYPE-C module of the wireless transmitter into the charging port of the headset. Simply connect the TYPE-C module or the USB+TYPE-C module as a whole to the device you want to connect for pairing.
