Up to 1 Mpts storage depth

The standard 1 million point storage depth allows the user to take into account all signal details, while maintaining a high sampling rate over a longer period of time. Zoom in to see small signal details in the full waveform record.

Sampling rate of 1 GSa/sec

The DS1000E sampling engine provides at least 5X oversampling in any configuration with 10X oversampling in 1-channel configurations using the full 1 GSa/sec at 100 MHz. Capture unexpected signal details and zoom in for deeper analysis.

Adjustable trigger sensitivity

The unique adjustable trigger sensitivity function can effectively filter out the noise that may superimpose on the trigger signal and ensure that the signal can be triggered correctly.

Waveform recording and playback function

The waveform recording function of the dS1000E series can not only record the input waveform of two channels, but also can record the waveform of the pass/fail detection output.
