1. Most USB Type C ports can work with a QQH monitor; Make sure it supports video output, not just data transmission.

2. Z1-9 monitor, only USB C above. Can perform video output.

3. If anything is damaged with the Cable/Port, please inform us.

Why will it show “No signal” when connecting with [Mini HDMI to HDMI Cable]?

Connection with Mini HDMI port must have extra power supply for monitoring.

Our monitor has no built-in battery, the USB C port can support power supply and video output, so it can be plug and play. HDMI only supports video output.

Wake it up, try to set the mode.

How to connect the QQH monitor with my iPhone?

About iPhone connection, you need “Lightning to HDMI Adapter”, not included.

And both your iPhone and QQH monitor need an external power source.

Does it support Bluetooth, wireless connection, Wifi and app download?

1. Does not support Bluetooth, wireless and Wi-Fi connections. No built-in battery. Not touch screen. No app, no driver download.

2. Bluetooth keyboard and mouse need to be connected via phone/laptop first to control the QQH monitor.

How to check the compatibility of my devices?

1. Make sure your laptop/PC has at least one video streaming port. As full function USB Type C [ 3.1/3.2 or newest]HDMI, Mini DP, DP, VGA, All Thunderbolt [3/4 Plug, play].
