Troubleshooting

Transferring video signal only cannot improve video quality. RCA to HDMI is not a bidirectional converter. It only transmits the signal from AV to HDMI. Please remember to connect the USB power cable before using this AV to HDMI, a phone adapter (not included) can do the job. You can experience less than three seconds. It will not convert only audio. For the converter to work properly, all cables must be connected and in use (yellow: video, white: left audio, and red: right audio). Plug and play, connection made within 1min. If connecting to a Wii game console, set the video resolution to 50Hz.
