I don't have WiFi. Can this camera work without WiFi?

Yes, the security camera system can work without a network, plug and play to view the screen locally via a monitor or TV. But if you need remote control via a smartphone, you need to connect an Ethernet cable.

Does the NVR come with a pre-installed hard drive? If not, what size should I purchase?

NO, there is NO HDD included. The NVR supports 3.5″ 6TB Seagate/WD security HDD. Please note that if the HDD is 3-6TB, you may need to change an adapter for the NVR (12V 3A or 5A). The 12V 2A adapter may not have enough power to handle the larger HDD.

Does the security camera system run on a plug or battery?

Plug-in powered (wired), cameras and NVR are powered by plug, the camera power cable is 1 meter.
