PS console pairing steps (only supports 2.4G wireless or 3.5mm wired mode):

1. Insert the 2.4G USB transmitter into the game console. The Type C transmitter must be assembled for use and cannot be separated.

2. Switch the headset to 2.4G mode.

3. Press and hold the power button; The indicator light will flash red and blue alternately. The headset will automatically connect to the PS4/5 and the adapter will show a solid blue light after connection.

4. In PS4/5 settings, you can see the headset pairing name displayed as “FORCEONE41”. Increase the volume of the headphones to hear the sound and confirm the connection is normal.

Xbox pairing steps (only supports 3.5mm wired mode):

1. Use the 3.5mm 4-pole audio cable included with the headset and connect it to the Xbox controller.

2. The upper right corner of the monitor displays a headphones icon.

3. In the Xbox settings, set the volume and microphone monitoring options to maximum. At this point, you should be able to hear your own voice when speaking or entering a game and hearing game sounds.

Please note the following:

1. When using the 2.4G USB dongle to connect PS5/PS4/PC/Laptop, the Type-C transmitter cannot be disconnected and must be used as a whole.

2. For Xbox series, our gaming headset only supports 3.5mm wired mode.

3. Bluetooth function is not compatible with PS5 or PS4. Switch the headset to 2.4G mode and insert the 2.4G USB transmitter into the game console.

4. Do not insert the TYPE C module of the wireless transmitter into the charging port of the headphones. Simply connect the TYPE C module or USB+TYPE C module as a whole to the device you want to connect for pairing.
